## About

- Started at iHerb eight years ago on the support phones. With his boss, built the team that reworked iHerb's customer experience; cutting support contacts saved the company real money. Today a product manager on search and recommendations.
- Grew up in Ukraine; came to the US in 2015 with $1,600. Before iHerb: sorted coffee beans, farmed in Hawaii, ran a moving crew in LA.

## Things he has made for people (on the side)

- Modus Build: helped with their site and email; built receiptpipe, which checks the math on their invoices.
- Cool Beans Comedy: a new website, their email flow, Stripe, and a lot of "how should we…" questions.
- His dad: a site for his kitchen company, with a 3D tour.
- An operator: a tool that ranks listings by who to call first.
- A therapist: a small, calm site for her practice.
- His daughter: an N64 game he made for her.
