A little more about me.

I was born in Zaporizhzhia, studied international business in Kyiv, and wrote copy for a living in Ukraine. In 2015 I came to the US with $1,600.

Before iHerb, I sorted coffee beans, farmed in Hawaii, and ran a ten-person moving crew in LA. I learned English along the way.

In 2018 I joined iHerb answering support chats and emails. Eight years, six roles:

In customer experience we got complaints way down, and I worked with nearly every team: the warehouse, fraud, returns, payments, site speed.

My parents run their own businesses.

Outside all of that: my daughter, climbing, and pickleball.
